Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to ascertain clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, creating a detailed picture of their circumstances and challenges.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions grounded in evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate personal issues effectively.
• Develop personalized service plans focused on achieving individual goals, working collaboratively with clients to facilitate their progress.
• Serve as an advocate for clients by ensuring their access to resources and addressing social justice matters that impact their well-being.
• Participate actively in the development, evaluation, and reporting of programs, lending your expertise to enhance service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the field.
• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory to practice professionally.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care principles is essential to effectively support clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
