Humble Therapy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work setting, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including medical providers, to create a supportive and cohesive care environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring a high standard of care tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to develop effective treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and medical team members to provide holistic care, including participating in case consultations and team meetings.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Use evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques to address complex behavioral health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will primarily include adults experiencing mental health disorders, substance use issues, and those managing comorbid chronic conditions. You will play a critical role in creating tailored interventions to empower clients in their recovery journeys, focusing on behavioral change and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Must hold a valid and unrestricted state license to practice independently (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent credentials).
• Strong ethical principles and adherence to legal standards in mental health practice.
• Superior communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic engagement with clients.
• Ability to utilize telehealth platforms and maintain confidentiality in a digital environment.
• Cultural competency with an understanding of issues related to diversity and inclusion in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience providing direct mental health services.
• Experience working in a collaborative care setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic medical records.

Compensation and Benefits

Your contributions will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year. Additionally, we offer the following benefits:
