The position is based in Miami, FL, and requires a strong background in pricing, revenue management, or related roles within the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industries. The successful candidate will have more than eight years of executive experience, particularly in managing pricing for substantial revenue scales exceeding $200M. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing pricing models, conducting demand forecasting, and leveraging data science techniques to optimize revenue. Ideal candidates must possess strong analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers through software applications and Excel. Proficiency in working with POS, ERP, and other pricing or analytics systems is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence both executives and frontline teams. A thorough understanding of customer value perception, price elasticity, and experience with machine learning, statistical forecasting, and real-time data tools is highly desired.
