Work Environment
This role is structured as a remote telehealth position, allowing counselors to deliver care from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and client records in adherence to state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a member of our clinical team, you will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults who may face issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
Preferred Experience
- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
- Experience working in teletherapy or using virtual platforms for counseling services, which will ease the transition into our digital care model.
