Evolve Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Our ideal candidate will be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about delivering top-quality mental health services to individuals and families. In this full-time role, you will engage with clients through telehealth services, effectively using technology to foster therapeutic relationships and facilitate health improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, support their stability, and discuss future treatment plans.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize the needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, gathering relevant information that informs treatment decisions.
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, providing direct counseling services tailored to each client's situation.
• Participate in supervision that fosters personal and professional development through constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, networking with other healthcare providers to support holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Evolve Wellness Center, we serve a wide-ranging client base, including adults, children, and families from diverse backgrounds. Our patients often deal with various psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You will have the opportunity to employ different therapeutic techniques to support each client's unique journey toward better mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficient in utilizing computer systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• Skills or training in trauma-informed care or culturally competent practices.
• Prior work experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating comfort with virtual interactions.
• Knowledge in utilizing specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a fee-for-service model that offers guaranteed rates with upfront payments, we provide:
