Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining active communication with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the needs of clients, identifying effective strategies and implementing personalized therapy plans tailored to each individual or family.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, including individual, couple, and family therapy, utilizing various techniques to encourage open dialogue and foster trust.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, ensuring confidential and accurate records that align with best practices and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance treatment outcomes and share insights that inform ongoing client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LMFT will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families experiencing a variety of challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LMFT licensure in Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, showcasing familiarity with established therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships that foster a safe, productive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
