Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies that align with their individual goals.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to support individuals, families, and groups.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and holistic wellness.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring a high level of accountability.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. As an LPC at NorthEast Alliance, you will have the opportunity to work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, is required.
Preferred Experience
- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred, as these skills are integral to the populations we serve.
- Experience working in a remote healthcare environment is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with additional performance-based bonus opportunities.
