We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Mind and Body Connect Wellness Center. This full-time position allows you to provide essential mental health services in a supportive, remote setting while maintaining the opportunity to foster meaningful connections with your clients. This position is primarily remote, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining robust professional standards. For those who prefer in-person interaction, our outpatient office in Scottsdale allows for face-to-face sessions when necessary. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on critical tasks that directly impact client recovery and personal growth:

• Manage and maintain a distinct caseload of clients, building rapport and developing effective professional relationships while upholding ethical standards and maintaining boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their mental health progress and determine stability before recommending discharge when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment programs tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for each client, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates.
• Perform intake evaluations for new clients to assess their mental health needs and craft appropriate service plans.
• Hold a predetermined number of individual counseling sessions each week, ensuring consistent support and engagement with clients.
• Engage in regular one-on-one supervision sessions to further your professional development and ensure the highest quality of care.
• Encourage and facilitate collaboration with other healthcare providers to support comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad demographic, focusing on clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. Our clinic emphasizes a holistic approach to mental wellness, and as such, you will engage clients in various treatment modalities that cater to their backgrounds and experiences, ensuring culturally competent care.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for a successful candidate:

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, allowing for independent practice.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing technology, including computer systems like Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates may also have experience with specific therapeutic approaches or populations, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or working with specific age groups. Familiarity with various healthcare systems and an understanding of the integration of mental health care with other healthcare services is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation model is based on a Fee-for-Service structure, with guaranteed rates ensuring clinicians are paid ahead of collections. Additional financial incentives include:
