Work Environment
This full-time role is predominantly remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to connect with clients through virtual platforms while maintaining a degree of in-person collaboration during periodic meetings and team-building activities in our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues, including family dynamics and communication problems.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals, ensuring individualized care.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices, promoting communication and emotional healing.
- Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated care, ensuring all client needs are addressed.
- Provide educational resources and support for clients' families to enhance their understanding of the therapeutic process and improve their capacity to contribute to the healing journey.
- Maintain meticulous records that are accurate and confidential, while adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

- Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards all clients and their experiences.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to balance therapeutic workload effectively and meet administrative needs.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly within outpatient clinics or private practice, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities suitable for diverse populations, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and systems theory.
- Experience in group therapy facilitation is a plus, enhancing the collaborative therapeutic process.
