The Marriage and Family Wellness Hub is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide critical mental health support to students in a remote school setting, connecting with them through both in-person and digital platforms. As an LCSW, you will play a vital part in facilitating comprehensive mental health services designed to meet the diverse needs of the student population.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with flexible work hours that may include 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families facing a variety of emotional and social challenges.
- Conduct thorough client interviews to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information necessary for effective treatment planning.
- Evaluate client needs to identify mental health issues, and develop treatment plans that align with their goals.
- Coordinate programs and activities to address and support the social and emotional needs of clients.
- Facilitate treatment for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, including short-term crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients based on mutual trust and respect, while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of treatment provided.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with established protocols, maintaining current case records.
- Manage a caseload that meets organizational standards, ensuring timely and accurate case documentation.
- Conduct individual clinical counseling to support clients in achieving their emotional well-being.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the team's overall mission.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The LCSW will primarily serve a diverse population of students, addressing various behavioral and emotional challenges including, but not limited to depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, grief, and family dynamics. By applying a culturally sensitive approach, you will work to minimize stigma and empower students to seek the help they need.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in social work or a related field is preferred, with a focus on behavioral mental health treatment.
- Previous counseling experience dealing with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, family therapy, and crisis intervention.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, eligible candidates will receive a sign-on bonus, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, vacation time, and participation in a company-sponsored wellness program.
