Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that integrate established best practices and solution-focused interventions tailored specifically to address each individual's journey.
- Deliver a wide range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aligning your therapeutic approach with the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse, multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, addiction specialists, and fellow social workers to coordinate comprehensive care plans for all clients.
- Engage in regular professional development activities, including case conferences and peer review sessions, to consistently elevate the quality of care provided and nurture your professional growth.
- Educate patients and their families about current mental health diagnoses, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering empowerment through knowledge and support.
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health practices and actively integrate findings into your clinical methods to enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily work with clients facing substance use disorders and related mental health issues. Your compassionate approach will facilitate a safe space where clients can explore their challenges and pursue recovery. Working within a detox environment, you will collaborate with individuals at various stages of recovery, providing them with the necessary tools to support a sustainable transformation in their lives.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge in the field.
- A valid LCSW license to practice in Colorado, attesting to your dedication and qualifications in providing therapy.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience rendering clinical psychotherapy services, with a robust understanding of addiction issues and evidence-based therapies.

Compensation and Benefits
We recognize the invaluable contributions of our staff. The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
