What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified candidates using recruiting platforms and networking tools
- Recruit, interview, and place talent with local employers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and client companies
- Manage and support a workforce of up to 70 associates
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the employment lifecycle
- Contribute to business growth through talent acquisition and relationship management
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or a professional office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- High energy and confidence communicating by phone and in person
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
