Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 22 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

Special Requests:- RTO must be listed at time of submission.- Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment.- All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.- References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling:- On-call is required 1 day per week and every 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 1800 through Monday at 0730).- Weekend requirement includes on-call and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts per week.- Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.- Provider must arrive within 60 minutes of receiving call.

Floating Requirements:- May float to EP or IR lab within the department.- Candidates may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.
