Part‐Time Nurse Practitioner – Performance & Recovery Medicine

Location: Monroe Township, NJ (On‐Site)
Employment Type: Part‐Time (3 days per week)
Salary Range: $74,000 – $105,000 Annually (DOE)***
(Based on approximately 24 hours per week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part‐Time Nurse Practitioner to support and lead advanced recovery, aesthetic, hormonal, and metabolic services within a multidisciplinary medical and performance environment.

This role focuses on performance optimization, recovery, longevity, and aesthetic medicine rather than traditional primary care. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with physicians and rehabilitation providers to deliver comprehensive, results‐driven patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

IV Therapy & Performance Recovery

• Administer and oversee IV therapy protocols
• Develop performance, immune, and recovery‐based IV programs
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans
  

Shockwave Therapy:

• Evaluate patient candidacy and coordinate treatments
• Integrate shockwave therapy into regenerative and recovery protocols
• Collaborate with physicians on musculoskeletal and recovery cases
  

Aesthetic & Anti‐Aging Services:

• Perform Botox and injectable treatments
• Conduct aesthetic consultations
• Develop facial rejuvenation and longevity‐focused treatment plans
  

Hormone & Metabolic Optimization:

• Conduct comprehensive hormone and metabolic evaluations
• Interpret laboratory results
• Initiate and manage TRT protocols
• Monitor labs, symptoms, and adjust dosing as appropriate
  

Medical Weight Loss:

• Prescribe and manage GLP‐1 therapies
• Monitor metabolic markers and body composition
• Guide patients through structured weight optimization programs
  

Integrated Care Collaboration:

• Work alongside physicians, rehabilitation providers, and recovery specialists
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
  

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
• AANP or ANCC certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
• • IV therapy
  • Aesthetics (Botox / fillers)
  • Hormone therapy / TRT
  • Medical weight loss (GLP‐1 management)
  • Functional, performance, or longevity medicine
