We are opening a new IV hydration and wellness spa in Hilton Head Island and are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Lead Nurse role.

This position is ideal for a confident RN who enjoys leadership, training, and helping build a new clinic from the ground up, without the stress of hospital shifts.

The Lead Nurse will complete corporate training in Denver, CO, prior to opening and will play a key role in clinical operations and supporting nursing staff.

• Leadership role within a growing wellness clinic
• Hands-on patient care plus clinical oversight

Responsibilities:

• Administer IV hydration and injections per protocol
• Support and guide nursing staff
• Ensure clinical protocols and safety standards are followed
• Oversee inventory systems and supply coordination
• Communicate with owners and supervising medical provider
• Participate in staff training and onboarding

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (SC or compact)
• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing
• IV Therapy experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable training and supporting other nurses
• Able to travel for corporate training prior to opening
• Interest in wellness and preventative care
