SUMMARY: Responsible to the Nursing Director and under the direction of a RN/Charge Nurse, the Emergency Department Technician, in a holistic manner, will assist in the careof patients both physiologically and psychologically by providing basic nursing care.

EXPERIENCE: Emergency Department experience preferred.

OTHER: Basic Computer Skills

LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant), EMT B, EMT P, Applicable patient care experience

EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent
